FALL Skills Clinics 2026
These clinics are for players wanting to learn proper technique and forms and advanced sessions will include advanced tactical training (VB IQ)
Kako'o VBA FALL CLINICS
All clinics are 1.5 hours long. We will cover proper hitting, setting, serve receive passing techniques.
Hitting: Hip and arm swing fundamentals, extension, a
Footwork approach, and landing
Passing: Passing form, platform to target, Midline passing, and time permitted serving.
Setting: Footwork, timing, hand positioning, decision making, and jump setting
High Speed: All Clinics are high speed. Train fast and you will play fast at game time. Age level based on upcoming seasons age.

Reinforcing proper fundamentals while introducing faster-paced drills to build quick and efficient muscle memory.
INTERMEDIATE: $375 for 15 sessions.

Focusing on building a strong foundation and proper technique, covering all key skills while actively preventing bad habits.
ADVANCED: $375 for 15 sessions.
